What diseases can affect beagle and labrador retriever mix.

There are a number of known diseases that can affect Beagle-Labrador Retriever mixes. These include hip and elbow dysplasia, eye problems such as progressive retinal atrophy and cataracts, and heart disease such as subvalvular aortic stenosis. Some of these conditions are more common in certain bloodlines or lines of Beagle-Labrador Retriever mixes than others. Responsible breeders often test their dogs for these diseases before breeding to ensure that no affected puppies are born. However, even with responsible breeding, there is always the possibility that a dog will develop one or more of these diseases.

Due to their love of water, which they usually inherit from the Labrador, Beagadors are also often prone to ear infections and eye infections.
